Team Information
Iter Nostrum is Latin for “Our Way”.
Our primary purpose is to develop athletes to improve their overall performance. Our motto “to develop the Ultimate Athlete in you”, speaks strongly to the core of what we are truly about, helping each player improve their overall performance. We provide a positive environment, excellent coaching staff with years of knowledge and experience, the training surface to address your specific physical skills needs, and mental training to create a well-rounded athlete.
Our Developmental Attitude
Our goal is simple, to bring forth the unique and elite athlete within each player. This means taking an in-depth approach to each detail within a player’s performance and designing a strategically tailored training program to address even the smallest of errors in their game. The goal is to create well-rounded dynamic players through thorough physical conditioning, technical skills execution, in-depth tactical analysis, social development to improve game intelligence, and a strong mental attitude to overcome challenges.
We firmly believe the physical, technical, tactical, psychological, and social characteristics of a player must be fully developed to provide the very best chances to succeed on and off the field. For example, how big of an impact would you have on your team and in the game, if you could walk on the field with the greatest of confidence knowing you are at your highest physical, tactical, and technical performance levels? Sadly most athletes will never find out because he/she usually settles for being okay or good but never tried to breach the boundary to discover the very best of who they truly can become as a player.
