Athletes who choose the 1 on 1 training will be able to experience a full technical assessment implemented by a BLFS coach. The athlete and family will be walked through a short-term and long-term goal-setting assessment as part of the developmental plan. The assessment will cover the technical, psychological, and physical abilities. Future sessions may include situational tactical training depending on the age of the athlete. The emphasis of the 1 on 1 training is to develop the player’s individual technique (body and ball), soccer IQ, and ball mastery.
