Beach Training Program:
The characteristics of sand training verses outdoor training go beyond the surface. Each time the athlete trains it’s different, and the athlete will soon notice the physiological and biomechanical differences when they engage in the training. The training styles might be different but the goal of becoming a better athlete and striving for peak performance are consistent between the all styles of soccer. Sand training will help increase lower body strength, agility, quickness, coordination, body and ball technique, as well as many more unique assets. Sand training will develop the athlete and him/her to compete at a higher level in a shorter amount of time. But most importantly, sand training targets psychological aspects of the game directly and indirectly.
